Cinnamon Rolls
February 11th, 2007I make good cinnamon rolls. At least today they turned out really good. I got the recipe at an enrichment meeting last month. I have been perfecting my technique ever since (what diet?) Although, truth be told, it’s a good recipe, that came will excellent instructions.
I like to give the rolls my own unique touch, I make them croissant shaped, instead of your regular “rolled” shape (floss and I don’t get along very well any way.) And of course, the icing must be made with plenty of Mexican vannilla.
Today’s batch turned out with a pleasant crunchy outside, with a soft and chewy inside. Add some Mexican vanilla… Oh, I mean icing, and voila — instant tummy ache.
